Established in 2009, California Baking School started in Koreatown, Los Angeles with one goal in mind- to teach baking to all those that were interested. Throughout the years, it evolved into California Premiere Culinary School and started to offer a variety of classes besides baking. In 2019, it was bought out by The Bakery in Buena Park. As of March 2020, it opened its new location on the 2nd floor of The Source OC in Buena Park, next to The Bakery Cafe.

California Baking School is now open as The Bakery School at The Source. The Bakery School is focused on going back to its foundation of baking, pastry, and barista courses. With brand new equipment and partnerships with The Bakery and its constituents, The Bakery School offers recreational baking and barista classes, professional baking classes, and entrepreneurial baking and barista classes for students.
